Small Orders will be shipped by UPS, RoyalMail or Parcelforce delivery. Tracking is available on UPS, RoyalMail or Parcelforce website. 

Middle size parcel or bulk buy delivery will be quoted per order.

As it isn't Global Up directly delivering your goods,  Global Up are not reliable if your goods are not delivered next day if there are delays.

Please note: 

Global Up Ltd or Directions is unable to accept responsibility for any items lost in transit if a non-tracked delivery method is selected, we also have no control over the delivery of goods and when it is shipped and delivered to you, all delays will need to be dealt with directly with the shipping company. Due to delivery services not being Directions directly, you will need to go to the couriers terms for any shipping issues.

We must be notified within 7 working days from the date of delivery if there are any missing products in your order for it to be investigated.
